Booking policy

By booking your accommodation with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of  this agreement.

Conditions

50% deposit at time of booking. Credit card details required at time of booking.  

Balance payable on checkout. 

Cancellation 

Cancelation outside of 30 days from arrival = full refund. 

Cancelation outside of 21 days from arrival = 50% deposit retained. 

Cancelation outside of 14 days from arrival = 100% of room charge. 

Check In: 

Check-in is between 16.00 – 20.00hrs. Sometimes we can offer an earlier or slightly later check-in time, please  ask for details but we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet your requirements.  

You can park free of charge anytime in the pub car park. 

Checkout is strictly by 10.30am. 

Payment Conditions 

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Full booking balance to be paid on or prior to departure. 

Payments by: cash, BACS and the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro, Mastercard and American  Express. 

Dogs: 

We allow dogs subject to prior arrangement – £20 per stay additional cleaning charge will be added to your stay. 

Maximum 2 dogs per room. Requests outside of this will be considered, please contact us for more  information. 

Please do not allow dogs on beds or soft furnishings. 

Please ensure dogs are dry before entering the bedroom areas.  

Any damage will be chargeable.  

Please do not leave dogs unattended in rooms. 

Smoking: 

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere in the building. With regards to bedrooms, an  additional deep-clean charge of £150 will be applied to the credit card of any guest who disregards this  request. 

If we are unable to re-let the room on a subsequent booking, the room rate at prevailing rate will also be  charged.
